why to prefer job over service ?

Respected citizens of India especially youth i want to ask you "Why to prefer job over service ?". Actually in my views Service is much better than any job. I do feel sarcastic for those people who find these terms to be same but actually they aren't. Job stand for the work that we are given to do while service stand for the actions that we perform in order to feel Happiness. If we have the potential to convert our work to service by any means then it's awesome but while we are doing job, our higher authorities won't allow us to make this conversion literally possible. So what can we do ?. The answer is as simple why don't we become the highest authority ie we start our own venture so that we can guide the whole stream in the same way we want but care should be taken when it comes to lead the venture as we are going to guide the whole Nation with the particular streams chosen by each and every Visionary individual...
